Hello everybody, I'm Lou Dobbs with this great America show Midday Update. China continues its

intimidation campaign against Taiwan. Taiwan beginning its annual war games and defense exercises

and air raid drills and Beijing making it all the more realistic. Beijing sending dozens of fighter

jets to encircle Taiwan and a squadron of PLA Navy ships around Taiwan. A new date has been set for

former Biden business partner, Devon Archer, to testify to Congress. House oversight will

depose Archer next Monday. He's expected to testify about President Biden's direct knowledge

of Hunter's business interests and dealings, and not only that, he's expected to testify that

Hunter put his father on the phone with Hunter's business associates and clients.

Governor Ron DeSantis didn't need this sinking poll numbers, a sagging campaign, and now a car crash,

a multi-car crash while campaigning in Chantanuga, Tennessee. Governor DeSantis wasn't injured,

but all four cars were in his motorcade, and all were floored estate vehicles with him on the trip

to Tennessee. Following a little too close, the governor really didn't need this.

President Biden has problems of his own, a dog problem to add to his rising list of headaches,

and so does the Secret Service. You remember his dog major, German Shepherd, aggressive,

and he bit Secret Service agents, gone out of there, replaced by Biden's new dog, Commander.

Turns out, Commander is also a little aggressive. Fox Reporting Commander has bit seven people.

Are you ready in four months? Seven people, bitten. The New York Post reporting Commander bit a

Secret Service agent on his thigh and arm, so badly that he had to go to the hospital.

And Commander has reportedly bitten three other agents, and the question is, why would the

President and First Lady have such a dog in the White House? Tells you a lot about who they

really are, and why would the Secret Service put up with such ignorance and outright disregard
