Summary
In May of 2023, Marine Veteran Daniel Penny was on a packed NYC Subway car on his way home from school. An unruly homeless man on drugs boarded the train saying that he was not afraid of going to prison and was ‘ready to die’, threatening people. When Penny looked around and saw women and children, he took the man down to the ground and waited for police to arrive — the perpetrator died. Penny was brought in and charged as a result of D.A Alvin Bragg making it political — this week he was found innocent.
