So, campers, when we last left off, Colonel Russell Williams had been committing dozens of burglaries to satisfy his urges to violate and humiliate women for several years, burglaries,

which wouldn't be discovered until he was caught years later. He would break into houses

and steal women's underwear, bras and swimwear, sometimes taking photos of himself wearing
