different personality typologies. Now this particular podcast is going to be on

it's a system that I'm going to call more of a model than a

typology. Typologies can be considered relatively static. You're one type, you grow within that type, but that's pretty much where you're at but this is more of a

This is more of a fluid model this is not you know you're just this one type and that's where you stay

This is a vertical model which

means that we move through this model. Yeah if you're following along a couple

podcasts ago we talked about the difference between vertical models and horizontal

models. horizontal models assume everyone's at the same level of

development and you're comparing and contrasting kind of your definition or

your distinction on that level of development.

Whereas this is a vertical model,

which is not assuming that everyone's

at the same level of development.

Some people are further along

in their individual development than other people.

Now again, this doesn't mean someone's better or worse than anyone else.

It just means that as an individual,

you're further along in your development.

So, and I use the example of the Archer versus the Golfer.

One is defined as an Archer, someone who shoots bow and arrow,

and the other is a golfer, someone who hits golf balls and plays the game of golf.
