if you're not familiar we do this every year we've done it every year for the

past I think three years or so maybe four years I can't remember when we first

started this thing but it has become what I was originally pitched this idea by

Amy who used to work for me and she one of the things she was really good at

she's good a lot of things one of the things she's really good at was coming up

with cool ideas to create you know connection and to really like create

community around what we're doing here and I do miss that we sent out Christmas

cards one year because she was always on top of it she's like hey do we want to

do Christmas card but yeah let's do Christmas cards and she would go and find

the stuff and she'd come back and I'd sign the Christmas cards and we'd send

them out of course now I didn't do that this year because I don't think about

it until it's way too late and so not having her here there's a there's a void

that we're gonna have to fill eventually to help bring us back to to par but she

said let's do this episode where we have people send us emails of what the stuff

that they're grateful for and I thought it was I'm like this I don't think this

is gonna be a good I'd show like I've done like ask me anything shows and

people don't really listen to them and I'm gonna sit and read emails for an

hour of people talking about all the stuff that they're grateful for I was
