Hello everyone and welcome to Unsold. I'm Amy Nicholson. And I'm Paul Sheer in this

podcast where you're endeavoring to find the 100 best movies ever made. And when we do,

we're going to blast them into space. Last week we talked about Frozen and we continue our theme

of cold with Wes Anderson's grand Budapest Hotel. But before we get to that, Amy, a lot of

conversation happening over our Frozen episode. There was a really interesting article that came

out last week about Peter Dinklage talking about the remake of Snow White. And really how messed

up it is that Disney was getting out in front of casting a non-white actresses Snow White.

But didn't do anything to address how they were going to deal with a movie called Snow White

and the Seven Dwarfs, which in Peter Dinklage's opinion is incredibly problematic. It's

progressive on one end, but completely clueless on the other. It sounds like Peter Dinklage might

agree with me that sometimes Disney makes big bold statements for their own marketing purposes without

really thinking about it all the way down. I mean, we'll see. We'll see. But I mean, I do feel for

Dinklage. I can't imagine what it's like to be such a talented actor and yet, you know,

having a movie like Snow White can announce. And I'm almost, I would swear like his mentions on

Twitter if he's on Twitter. I'll like, can't wait for you to start this movie. Oh my god.

Blah, blah, blah, fancassing. I mean, like he must feel so frustrated by...

Especially when he's so amazing in this movie that is up for Oscar contention this year.
