All right. So I pull a lot of things out of my you know what on this show.

Usually I'm right. And I check with two renowned constitutional scholars yesterday afternoon

to ask them about the honeypot, how 2024 is going to be a sting operation for Jack Smith, the special prosecutor,

to arrest Donald Trump. If you remember on yesterday's show, I said that the Supreme Court's

July 1st immunity ruling says an ex-president cannot be tried for crimes he committed in his official duties as a president.

But Donald Trump is no longer president. He's no longer sitting in the Oval Office.

He's merely an ex-president trying to get back

into the Oval Office. And I spoke with two constitutional scholars. And I asked them, does the July 1st

Supreme Court ruling give any immunity to Donald Trump for the crimes he's about to commit and is committing

to interfere with the November 5th election. And I was told by both, well, this Supreme,

nothing would surprise us with this Supreme Court. However, nothing from that July 1st ruling on immunity would protect Donald Trump from the crimes.

He's committing right now and will commit on November 5th and November 6th when he refuses to accept the results

of his catastrophic humiliating loss.
