Julie, today we're talking about short-form video, not long-form video.

I'm consumed by it.

These 60-second, 30-second, 90 90 second, 15 second videos.

But say you, are you watching them and doom scrolling or scrolling through puppies?

What are you doing?

I watch short form video.

Actually, I do watch short form video.

I am obsessed with getting my recipes for dinner on short form video. I find

my next greatest meal. I made a meatloaf last night that really nobody ate. I have a delicious

apple cinnamon muffin loaf that I think I'm going to make tonight. I'm not quite sure if I'll

have time, but I love finding recipes because they make it look so easy.

That's about it.

But I get obsessed with that.

And the Forever Young, have you seen those Forever Young, where they do the backwards aging?

I'm obsessed with that.

No, I have not seen that. That's very interesting.
