Oddly, Trump did a 180 on mail-in voting, but only for Florida after yesterday threatening to soon Nevada for their mail-in voting efforts.

And some people are saying actually I think there are multiple sources now saying it's because Florida Republicans pushed back.

We need mail-in voting to win.

Now, we're going to be talking about that and the other threatening to sue part with the host of National Security Law Podcast, D. Flat-Eck, later in the show.

And then Jordan will be here to go over the viral Axios interview that's devastating to Trump for anyone with any kind of connection to reality.

So I'm going to start with an important story that's being completely ignored by the media, in which the Assistant Attorney General for National Security, John Demers, released the following statement.

Quote, the Department of Justice has completed its review of the 29 Pfizer applications that were the subject of preliminary findings by the Department of Justice Inspector General in March 2020.

We are pleased to announce that our review of these applications concluded and they all contain sufficient basis for probable cause and uncovered only two material errors, neither of which invalidated the authorizations granted by the Pfizer court.

These findings, together with the more than 40 corrective actions taken by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Security Division, should instill confidence in the FBI's use of the Pfizer authorities.

We would like to express our appreciation to the Office of the Inspector General for their focus on the Department's use of its National Security Authority.
