Summary

How do we feel about this Ohio State team five games into the season? Pretaay, pretaay good as Larry David would say. Steve Helwagen joins Dave Biddle on the Monday 5ish to do a deep dive on what we like and dislike thus far. Spoiler: There is far more of the former than the latter. However, there are also some concerns that we cannot ignore. But overall, the Buckeyes are playing well and continue to improve in many areas.

0:39.1	start with Mayan Williams. My God that he looked good. This he's looked great
0:43.6	all year. Ties the school record with five touchdowns in one game against
0:49.3	Rutgers tying with, you know, just guys like Pete Johnson and Keith Buyers.
0:53.9	Love what I'm seeing out of Mayan Williams, man. He's a bowling ball out there
0:57.8	that is so hard to tackle and he's he's more elusive than I think he gets
1:01.9	credit for. You can truck you and he can make you miss. Love what I'm seeing out
1:05.8	of Mayan. Yeah, he had an outstanding day. No doubt about it and they didn't find
1:10.8	out Travian Henderson wasn't going to play till right before game time, I
1:13.9	guess and made the decision to sit him and that move Mayan Williams up from
1:21.4	being one A to being one and only. So he took the ball and ran with it
1:27.9	literally and figuratively and was nothing short about standing. I thought
1:32.9	offensive line as well deserves a ton of credit. They are just moving people
1:38.5	off the line of scrimmage. Rutgers defense came into the game. I think top 20
1:42.8	nationally in a lot of categories. Now granted they hadn't played anybody. I
1:47.4	don't think Boston College or Iowa are considered great offensive teams by
1:51.9	any means but nor temple but you know I thought I thought they did an
1:58.0	outstanding job with the run blocking and he really as you said got every
2:04.8	yard he could possibly get. I thought I mean he he just just kept coming
2:10.4	back and kept coming back and really one of the better games for an Ohio State
