We're innately designed to like shun away when things happen to us that are dark or challenging.

But it's inevitable.

Life, the lessons never end.

So I choose to look at those challenging times as an opportunity to practice everything that I've learned.

And I think it's within those darkest moments.

I mean, everybody could name probably five things in their darkest moments where they

rose above and evolved and became stronger and more knowledgeable. This is so good,

straight off. And like, spoiler alert, obstacles adversity, it's a part of life. It's a part

of the journey. We're not saying you have to love it,

but we have to acknowledge that they're there. And ultimately, your perspective is up to you. And it's

interesting because back in the day, before I kind of reinvented myself, I would particularly

play victim mode when something like this happened. Like, why me? Now I have a whole different

philosophy.

And when I'm going through something, even if I don't understand why at the time, I know that it's going to lead to more growth or something beautiful at some point, even if I can't

see it now, because at the end of the day, pain is the portal, right?

So true.
