I said in the beginning that my church's mission statement is that we exist to spread a passion for the supremacy of God in all things, for the joy of all peoples.

And so the driving force behind my being here and my messages is to do that, to spread a passion, to try to kindle and

reconfirm, strengthen, a passion for the supremacy of God in you, for the joy of your

parishes and for the joy of the peoples of Australia and the unreached peoples of the world.

There's another driving force in every human heart, and that is the longing to be happy.

There are two great passions in the universe.

God has an infinite zeal and longing to be glorified, which we saw the first time together

And every human being, including me, has a tremendous and unstoppable longing to be satisfied.

And the thesis that drives my whole theology and my life is that God is most glorified in you and me when we are most satisfied in him.

And therefore, these two great passions in the universe,
