| 0:19.0 | If you'll turn to Psalm 139, and as I said to you in the very beginning, |
| 0:23.0 | there are no attributes of God wherein you will find a complete description of that |
| 0:29.0 | in one passage of Scripture. But I believe if there is not an exception, |
| 0:33.0 | but anywhere close to that, the 139 Psalm, at least most of it, deals with the fact of God's omniscience, |
| 0:41.0 | that is that God knows all things. |
| 0:44.0 | So let's read this passage with that in mind of what God knows. |
| 0:50.0 | O Lord, thou hast searched me and known me, thou knowest my down-sitting and my uprising. |
| 0:59.0 | Thou understandest my thought of our all, thou compassest my path and my lying down, |
| 1:07.0 | and art acquainted with all my ways. For there is not a word in my tongue, but O Lord, |
| 1:14.0 | thou knowest it all together. Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid on hand upon me. |
| 1:23.0 | Such knowledge is too wonderful for me. It is high I cannot attain unto it. |
| 1:29.0 | Will the shall I go from thy spirit, or will the shall I flee from my presence? |
| 1:35.0 | If I send up into heaven, thou art there. If I make my bed in hell, behold thou art there. |
| 1:43.0 | If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, |
| 1:49.0 | even there shall thy hand lead me and thy right hand shall hold me. |
| 1:55.0 | If I say, surely the darkness shall cover me, even the night shall be light about me. |
| 2:02.0 | Ye the darkness hadeth not from thee, but the night shoneeth as the day. |
| 2:09.0 | The darkness and the light of both alike to thee. |
| 2:14.0 | But thou hast possessed my reigns, thou hast covered me in my mother's womb. |
