0:05.5	We would have single moms bus into our program. They'd learn to code job in 16 weeks, and then three
0:10.1	months later, they'd get these $80,000 jobs. It was transformational, Simon. And when I saw that,
0:17.6	I had this thought in my heart. I said, this is how you transform communities.
0:26.5	And when I said that to myself, I heard the Lord say, you're absolutely right, Ryan. Will you build something like this with me? So people didn't just discover what they're capable of,
