microphones, an actual recording studio. Well, you're absolutely fucking so far from the truth.

We are still here with the same old bullshit.

A hundred episodes has not changed us at all.

In fact, it might start to decline in quality.

I think it has changed us and it is just for the worst.

Yeah.

It's kind of like, you know how there's people that have been in certain work industries, and they're always like,

I've been in this for 40 years, and then they don't adjust and get with the times, because they just fall back on their like,

I've been in this for so many years, and they feel like they don't have to actually do anything new or

innovative or exciting that's us like you with real estate yeah like I was

around when they built the first house. Exactly.

So now we're incorporating that into our podcast where we just figure you know there's a hundred

episodes that are average so you can re-listen to those if you want good quality we're just

going to move forward with some absolute garbage yeah absolutely yeah so
