Would you turn with me this morning to John 14?

For some weeks now, we've been on the subject, I believe it's the direction of the Lord,

concerning the glory of God.

The glory of God.

And in John 14 and 21, 1421 in the Amplified, says the person who has my commands and keeps them is the one who really loves me.

And whoever really loves me will be loved by my father and I too will love him and will show

or reveal or manifest myself to him.

The amplified says, I'll let myself be clearly seen by him and make myself real to him.

Now, what would be much stronger on the heart and desire of any real child of God

than that God would be more real to them and that you would know more of God and he would be manifest to you.

Well, he told us that he would do it if there's a qualifier.

So in other words, if you do it, he does.

If you don't, you shouldn't expect that he's going to reveal himself to you what's the qualifier if we obey him if we do what he tells us to do

then he's going to show up and you know so many times people get off trying to get god to show

up we go fast for 40 days well we're going to pray it for 90 days well we're going to show up. We're going to fast for 40 days.

Well, we're going to pray it for 90 days.

Well, we're going to give up this.

We're going to give up that.

Are we going to try to do this?

Well, praying is good.

Fasting is good.

But watch out about trying to move God.
