Welcome to our Rosary meditation.

My name is John Leineker.

I'm joined by my family tonight,

and we will be praying the glorious mysteries.

Let us call to mind all those who have asked us to pray for them.

In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,

Frequently, we are asked why we pray the Rosary

the way we do at School of Faith.

As many of you know, you can find the explanation on the School of Faith website.

We even have a few Rosary meditations dedicated to explaining it if you'd like to listen to those. Although we look at all the facets of the

faith in an in-depth way, I do like to return to the traditional mysteries and ponder

those with you from time to time.

So let's visit the glorious mysteries together

from scripture,

but on the first day of the week at early dawn they went to the tomb taking the spices which they had prepared

And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb, but when they went in they did not find the body. While they were there, while they were perplexed about this, behold two men stood by them in dazzling apparel.

And as they were frightened and bowed their faces

of the ground, the men said to them,

why do you seek the living among the dead?

He is not here but is risen.
