We had a little, we're starting a little bit late because we had some confusion, but I'm sure it's just because

you're...

But you're also super, super busy. So you know back back on everything so we want to try to keep it

on schedule for you and I so there's something that you and I had I had wanted you to tell me about for a while and it seems like there have been a lot of developments.

However, I never even got the overview.

So you were sounding the alarm on natural asset companies but you were even fighting it like in the

halls of justice so to speak so if you could kind of give us the whole story, like what are the natural asset companies, what was going on that you wanted to stop, what happened, and where we're going to go from here.

And I just, I'm going to stop you along the way but that's the road map.

Sure. Yeah, so National Asset Companies, some people call them NACs,

but essentially it's, you know, I used to make the joke that they were going to

commodify the air that we breathe and this is essentially what they wanted to do

and they're still pushing but we did have a victory, and I don't want to undermine that

because I think it's really important for people to understand that we do have some power.
