Why is it that you think that leaders on a large scale don't listen?

They don't notice their people.

Just because your boss can't email you after five doesn't mean the emotional baggage that

took place earlier in the day or that you carry with you, that you don't carry at home

with you.

How do we set people up for success and give them the ability to do what they do best?

So even if you say, look, I don't want to fool what people are thinking on a regular

basis, at least get to know them deeply on what makes them great.

This idea that people love the work, but they don't love where they're doing it.

That's the breakdown.
