or organizations shying away from accountability, is why didn't you report it? The answers can be long and complicated,

but they often boil down to fear.

In Nico Quinn's case, it was the fear that no one would believe her.

I was young. I was in the streets.

I wasn't educated on the law.

In Rose McIntyre's case, it was the fear of retaliation.

If I did not do what Golubsky wanted, that he could arrest Greg, or me, or both of us.
