more aware of and enraged about over-sentencing, like just people getting really long sentences

for crimes that don't seem to deserve that. And today's episode, my friends, is a really jarring example of that. What I'm about to say might offend a lot of people.

But just like last week's episode, today's episode is set in Florida. In Florida seems to have an

oversentencing problem. I'm sorry, Florida listeners, but I think you all probably know this about your state. There's a real oversentencing issue happening there, which I get into in the podcast. And also there's an oversentencing issue happening in the entire United States, which I guess I will, we'll talk about more later.
