Since the recording of this episode the State Bar has filed charges against Tom Girardi Accusing him of Misappropriating millions from clients. I have linked the latest reporting down below.

Currently, the most active courts in this case (due to the Bankruptcy stay in most courts), are the two Bankruptcy cases and the Conservatorship case. Some of the most interesting updates are the newly filed financial documents in the bankruptcy case and the fact that Erika has filed an objection in the bankruptcy court.
