Welcome to our Rosary meditation. I am blessed to be at the Kronichek farm this afternoon gathered with friends.

We've been shooting guns and drinking whiskey.

We've had Mass and a wonderful Eucharist Echoliaar.

And we've had great conversation and meals,

and now we're gonna pray pray the Rosary together sitting

outside as the sun is setting and the birds are chirping.

What a beautiful day.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

This is the second day in our nine-day Novina will run up to the feast of Pentecost.

Each of these nine days we are reflecting on one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit

and how they relate to each of the beatitudes. Today we focus on the gift of piety and

the second beatitude meekness. By the gift of piety the Holy Spirit enables us to love God as our Father and to live as his children.

This gift of the Holy Spirit, as St Paul writes in Romans Chapter 8, not the spirit of slaves bringing fear into your lives

again it is the spirit of sons and makes us cry out Abba, Father.

Through baptism, God has infused our human nature with his own divine nature,

making us his children.

Now God is truly our father. We know this, but I don't think we really believe this because
