1:11.4	oh it's such a treat listen when we were lining up this series we were talking about who do we want to
1:16.8	have right before holy week who do we want to talk to about fasting and you are the first call we made
1:22.1	so i really love getting to talk to you about this will you kind kind of start us out? Like, how has fasting been
1:28.3	important to you? Yeah. Yeah. You know, so I kind of like stumbled upon the spiritual
1:36.6	discipline of fasting, or I like to say rhythms of grace. And I didn't grow up in the church. And so I came to Jesus. I was overwhelmed by
1:49.1	his grace and his love. And as I began to read the Gospels and as I began to read ancient church
1:54.8	fathers and John Wesley, I was like, okay, so fasting is like a spiritual rhythm.
2:01.7	And so for years, once of week, I have fasted.
