i'm wrong is rather than an on side kick a team gets to try and convert a fourth and 15 from their own

25 yard line and then they get the ball back is that right yeah yeah if. Yeah. If they convert to 14, they keep the ball, like they recovered an onside kick. So they keep the ball wherever they get it after 15 yards? Yeah. Yeah. If they get 40 yards, for my understanding, unless I'm missing, you know, unless I'm misreading something. If they gain 40 yards at a play, it's a dead ball right there. That's where they start.

This was proposed by the Philadelphia Eagles, correct?

Um, yeah.

This is, this is the dumbest thing that would be installed in football since they reviewed, um,

past interference.

And they're getting away, they're getting rid of that right right this is a complete rule change so stupid this would be and and of course that evil franchise

does this right because they're great at fourth and 15 it's like it's like if you and i wanted to

settle a bet and you said hey jr i got a great idea let's drive the ball off the tea and see like, it's like if you and I wanted to settle a bet and you said, hey, G, I got a great idea.

Let's drive the ball off the tee and see who hits it farther and then we'll see who wins. Like, of course you're going to push for that, right? I mean, this, like, why don't we just, why don't we just roll the ball and if the receiver gets it, then it's a first down? Like, this is a, this is so stupid. I absolutely hate this.

And I'm not a, I'm not an old, like, cremudgeon who, who doesn't want to adapt to things, right?

Right.

Like, I like some changes.

This one is fundamentally changes the game to the point where it becomes like basketball, right?

Turn the game on in the last five minutes and you'll catch the whole thing.
