You know what?

We were looking to have you on last year.

Whatever hell happened if you didn't.

But the beginning of this draft process, the old season, I said that Jerry, hey, we've got to get Rick on.

And I'll tell you why, everybody.

I've been looking at Rick's work the last two, three, year, four year, whatever it's

might been.

And nobody does a better job than Rick and his staff.

The way he breaks it down, it could be flags, technique-wise, bio, personal background, the way he breaks it down, it could be flags. Technique-wise, bio, personal background.

The way he ranks them down, he's always usually spot on.

And not many people are.

I'm sorry to say it.

But I look to Rick.

And Rick, I want to praise you in your staff, dude.

Because when I look at your draft Bible, and I see the way you had them rank, that you write there mostly all the time. And I always look for little things, Rick. I look for a lot of times you put the little flags. Like, for instance, Andrew Thomas last year, the Giants we all know took him. I'm going to ask you about him in a second. But you put technique issues, all that. And sure enough, Rick, here I am in training camp every day, last summer. And one of the biggest issue Andrew had was technique issues. Okay. So I wanted to, you know, just throw a shout out to you and you guys, man. I know you guys do thousands of hours you watch thousands of hours

of tape you're into all these kids scouting them and it's not an easy job brother and you do a hell
