It's still a thing today, you know, a crime that costs ranchers big money.

Since 2017 and Wyoming alone, more than 4,000 head of cattle done got rustled or went missing,

as the Wyoming Livestock Board phrased it.

Missing.

An interesting choice of words, especially if you're like us and know that mysterious and inexplicable cattle mutilations have never stopped happening in this country and have never been solved. But this story is about
