I have to do something unusual, something I don't think I've ever done before as we begin on this Monday morning.

I have to give Ironhead credit.

He's playing hurt.

He's showing up with a heavy heart today.

He had a death in the family.

And it involves his pit bull fud.

Now, it's not the death that I was expecting.

It fud did not, in fact, eat his two-year-old.

That might have happened.

I still think it was dangerous to have that killing machine in your home with your young

children, but you don't have to worry about that anymore.

Ironhead, Fudd is no longer with us.

I'm sorry, my condolences, even though I think

you're a bad parent for having a pit bull around your kid. It is tough to lose a member of the family,

and I know you love Fudd, and he was only seven. Yeah, he was only seven. Had, uh, seven years old,

and you had to put poor Fudd down.

Tell me what happened.

I went away with my wife over the weekend.

Our birthdays were like a couple weeks ago.

So we booked a trip and we came back and she noticed he looked bloated and we immediately thought it was bloat, which is not good.

Like that would kill a dog anyway.
