Welcome back to Twisted Philly, the podcast dedicated to my favorite

twisted stories about the city of Brotherly Love and Pennsylvania. So summer is

O-V-E-R-over. I spent last week in Cape May, New Jersey. We got so lucky with the weather. The sixth

friggin' Philly heat wave didn't hit until we were leaving town and heading home.

I freaking love Cape May. My daughter and I visit so much in the off season that our time there in August is starting to feel like that's the off season.

I cannot wait to go back in October for the Lima Bean Festival. Yeah I said

Lima Bean. It's an unloved vegetable except for me and the few hundred people that go

to the Lima Bean Festival every year. I'm actually glad summer is coming to an end because that means fall is right around the corner.

I love fall I love Halloween I love the significant uptick in twisted shit during the season of The Witch. We'll probably have some bonus episodes

around Halloween about twisted events and celebrations around the city. We'll just have to see what
