All right, thanks for listening. I have like this episode. It is it has been a shocking amount of nothing like yeah. I used to do stuff. I used to like things. I used to do stuff like things I used to have experiences I used to do things and

leave my house it just doesn't happen anymore.

I don't know what's going on.

It's really weird.

You know, scientifically speaking, studies have shown,

I've probably said this before on this podcast because I repeat all the same stories that are that through

across cultures this isn't this isn't just one't just one culture or whatever,

across standards, our 40s tend to be our unhappiness decade, Ryan.

Interesting. Yeah, it tends to be where our unhappiness sort of dip, or the happiness dips, and then it comes

back up again as we approach our 50s.

So we're just miserable people.

Yeah, it really is. I mean, we're just miserable people. Yeah, I mean that's just that I mean that I know that you

ever get into these mood where you're just like nothing sounds good. I want to do something, but none of this sounds good.

You wind up thinking about what to do and then you're, and then it's suddenly it's bedtime.
