Ex-gay guy comes out of the closet as gay,

but doesn't apologize for his bullshit. It's it's a tricky position. He's owning

his gayness he's not owning damage he may have done. The damage that he is wrought in the world.

So we're going to talk about that.

I think it's a fascinating story.

But coming up first, Dan, yes. I have a story of homophobia. Oh dear. On a national scale. Oh we don't

have that. We only have we nationally we're all very very pro-gay well I would say we don't have anything that comes even close to what the situation is in Egypt. Oh. Oh no no I would imagine they're very good at the homophobia.

Where the institutions are so homophobic that a television presenter who is on the record who has expressed his stance against

homosexuality repeatedly okay okay is in hot water because he had a gay man come on his show and he did not promote

homosexuality in any way he was just the interviewer that is he interviews the man about gay

they talk about homosexuality about gay issues ladi da and this man is now facing one year in jail.

The host is. The host is facing a year in jail.

A fine. The television station was taken off the air for two weeks.

Holy shit!
