I am recording this from my office, which is now air conditioned. I was out of town, and when I came back, my wife stuck an air conditioner in the window, and now I am here in temperate comfort, hypocritically,

not sweating. Yeah. Yeah, struck a blow for the draining resources of the earth. Good job,

Mrs. Marchman. How do you like it now? You're going to be comfortable and not sweaty and you're going to like it, you son of the bitch. God damn it. We actually have a very special dead cast this week. We have some letters, but we may not get to it because we're actually going to talk to something we have not been able to talk about for over a year. So Marchman, give him the low dab, but we're going to talk about this week.

Yeah, we're going to talk about Peter Thiel and Hall Cogan and our company having filed

for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Friday.

And, you know, I want to start off by telling listeners, we have not been avoiding this for bad reasons.

You know, it's, for one thing, it's good not to be up your own ass and talking about your own workplace and treating it as, you know, the most important subject in the world, I think.

And two, our very good lawyers and management team have, you know, have, for more than the

are now been asking people to be very discreet and bite their tongues, partly for kind of

public relations reasons and partly for legal reasons, to talk about this and so there are

things we can't really get into but we will we will just try to kind of skirt around that

and and be honest about what we can talk about as opposed to, you know, just lying while we address, you know,

the subjects we have to be careful about. But this is, you know, this is a big story. And I'm sure a lot of

people who listen to this are interested in knowing more about it. So at this point, I think

avoiding it would be a bit strained. What do you think, Drew?
