I'm Lauren Norton, and this is one strange thing, the show where we search the nation's news archives for stories that can't quite be explained.

We are used to seeing odd headlines.

It's kind of part of our job here at One Strange Thing headquarters.

You would not believe some of the gyms that we uncover as we dig through the archives like

industrious little research squirrels, searching out the next acorn to delight and entertain you.

That said, coming across, Ariana Grande convinced demons chased her out of creepy cemetery.

That was a weird one, even for us.

We had so many questions.

First and foremost, Ariana, what are you doing here?

Second, where is this cemetery full of demons and why haven't we heard of it?

Would demons be more friendly to podcasters who never released a hit single?

Would our love of the unexplainable mean that we'd be more welcome?

Or are they equal opportunity marauders?

Or as people who've never starred in a single movie adapted from a musical, adapted from a book,

would we fare even worse? Honestly, it was a tantalizing train of thought that we spent far too much time on.

But, upon a little digging, it turns out that we actually had come across this story before.

And truly, over a decade ago now, Ariana Grande did end up in Stull Cemetery and Stull Kansas.

It seems that back in November of 2013, Ariana was in Kansas City, Missouri for a concert,

and according to Complex Magazine, she decided to do a little dark tourism.

What's more, she was willing to take a drive.
