| 1:41.0 | And it was so funny to me because it's such a simple practical logical question. |
| 1:50.0 | So it wasn't the question that was funny to me. It was my reaction to it. |
| 1:54.0 | And my reaction to it was, huh, never really thought about that. |
| 1:59.0 | I never thought about it that way. But yeah, of course, I mean, you know, sure, you want to change your settings because you want to be healthy. |
| 2:06.0 | And you want to, you know, live a better life and be happy with yourself and be able to walk around between three and five p.m. |
| 2:14.0 | When everyone's, when everyone's cortisol levels dip, right? |
| 2:22.0 | And, and not get sad or not text the wrong person or not eat the bad thing or, you know, whatever it is, we all want to be in an emotionally self reliant place. |
| 2:43.0 | Right, I would think. But of course, more than that, we want to get the thing, do the thing, be the thing. |
| 2:53.0 | You know, have the person, have the job, have the house, have the face, the body, whatever, all those material things. |
