This title corresponds to the fruit of the poisonous tree or whatever, that weird title

that made no sense, except that they didn't even say the phrase.

They worked it into the episode back then, but they didn't work this phrase in at all. Yeah, there's some kind of pop culture reference to this. Those who know it know exactly what it is. Those who don't. Sorry, I can't bring that to you, but it will probably be in the comments over at oncepodcast.com slash 309. It's about some play, I think it was.
