Summary

Today on Change Agents, Mark "Billy" Billingham and Julie Colombino-Billingham return. They give an inside look at the gang takeover of Haiti. Billy spent 27 years in the British military. Over 17 of those years were with the SAS and the other 9 were in the Parachute Regiment. He helps to spearhead the REBUILD Globally initiative with his wife Julie.
