Just with her, I just got back into running, and I never considered myself such a runner.

And she was like, you are, you have legs, you're moving them, you're a runner. And I was like, I'm a runner, you know, and it just shifted. Because before I would run outside, run on the treadmill, but it didn't give me that feeling as if I was a runner. And then she's like, you're an athlete. I'm like, I am an athlete. Like, it's just the way that she says things.

I'm like, yes, I am.

I'm powerful.

It made me, it was exactly what I am an athlete. Like, it's just the way that she says things. I'm like, yes, I am. I'm

powerful. It made me, it was exactly what I needed to hear every bit. Every class was for me. I'm telling

there was no one else from the leadboard. It was my class. It's more than just your output, more than a bike.
