Greetings once again, hearing my voice on the One More Thing podcast.

That's right.

It must mean it's the time for the Friday edition.

Jack and Joe already getting a head start on their weekend. Hopefully Jack's youngest son is once again regaling him with all his favorite parts of the King Kong versus Godzilla trailer. I really can't wait to see that. That's going to be fantastic. But of course, you know, of so much going on in the world, my focus have absolutely been narrowed

down to precisely two things over the past week, and that is NBA basketball and dismantling

hedge funds via Reddit Wall Street bets. Or, yeah, whatever, you know what I'm saying. And I thought

there was a ton of interesting conversations flowing around all this,

in all manners of ways starting, actually last weekend,

is when this stuff first started at least jumping up on my radar in a significant way.

And one of the most interesting people I've heard talk about this is the guy who's looking to maybe replace Gavin Newsom in the recall effort,

Chimath Palataya, I believe is how you say it.

That's the only time I'm going to try to say it on this podcast out of respect to the man.

And we played a couple of his clips from a CNBC interview that was done, I believe, on Tuesday.

Maybe it was Wednesday.

But I wanted to play essentially the ones that we need, you know, too much show, not enough time.

We didn't get to all of them. So I'm just going to play some of the other ones here.

And just give more perspective on this guy's kind of opinion on what happened.
