Greg, I'm going to come to you first on this.

We'll get down to the nuts and bolts shortly, but this is a game that is sort of two ships in the night passing,

one going one way, the other seemingly going the other.

I think it's just a huge ballgame for both programs.

Yeah, and Virginia Tech for so long, really ever since they joined the ACC,

and of course with the bigies prior to that, was kind of this dominant program where they relied

on Beamer ball.

You had Bud Foster, one of the top defensive coordinators in the country.

And so even though the offense was a little bit up and down throughout that period,

when you've got two phases of the game that are that good,

you can be very good and win a lot of games, and they did.
