The weather continues to improve, but Greg, people are having some serious PTSD thinking a hurricane was going to be in town

the same time the Hokies were. Doesn't look like that's going to be the case, but it was iffy

there for a while.

Yeah, I think that speaks to kind of some of the issues around this program right now, right?

Because the only reason that Virginia Tech won in blowout fashion during Hurricane Matthew back in 2016 is because the Hokies were a heck of a lot tougher than Carolina was on that day.

The final score was 34 to 3.

And we haven't seen a lot of toughness out of Carolina, especially this year, but really over the last decade or so.

And fans understand that.

They realize that.

And so the last thing Carolina fans wanted is another hurricane to come through to give Virginia Tech some kind of advantage.

And I think that says a lot beyond just this particular game.

And that's something that Mack Brown has to address.
