Last episode we examined the events of the 20th of December when Gacy spends the night

at Amoranty's office, purportedly confessing to all of his crimes.

We also learned that Amoranty had filed a petition for a TRO in federal court seeking

to have the court order and end to the surveillance on Gacy.

This matter was set to be heard on the 22nd.

What that did is it gave us a very clear understanding of what led to the decision by the higher

ups of the displayings police to plant the photo receipt into evidence and further to fabricate

the smell in order to secure the warrant for the search that takes place on the 21st.

It was an hour and hour situation for them in order to get Gacy off the streets once

and for all.

We also began looking at the precursor to what may or may not have happened with respect

to Amoranty and Gacy during their lengthy conference, which led Gacy to spill his guts

to Mike Albrecht and a room full of cops and lawyers after he is officially charged

with the abduction and murder of Robert Peast.

So what happens next has become increasingly difficult for me to understand as to why it

happened.

What happens next is that Gacy proceeds over the next 29 hours to give multiple confessions

as to his activities over the last six years.

We will examine these statements closely in order to determine if there are hints as to

what possessed Gacy to talk.

Remember, at this exact point in time, Gacy knows that he only confessed his crimes to

his lawyer, which in theory is the same as having told no one.
