Yesterday I read you the first 71 pages of the Georgia indictment handed down to the former

president and 18 of his allies.

That was just Count One, felony racketeering in an attempt to overturn the 2020 election

there.

Today we'll cover the rest of the 41 charges, including conspiracy to commit election

fraud, influencing witnesses, impersonating a public officer and perjury.

Fulton County DA Fahny Willis lays it all out over the next 26 pages and tells quite

the story.

It denies any wrongdoing and spent much of yesterday attacking Willis and claiming

that he will be exonerated.

But as I did yesterday and have done with previous indictments, I'll read you every word

of the remaining document so you have all the information.

So here we go with Part 2 of the Georgia indictment.

Fulton Superior Court indictment, Count 2 of 41.

In the grand jurors of foreset, in the name and behalf of the citizens of Georgia, do

charge and accuse Rudolph William Lewis Giuliani, John Charles Eastman, Jenna Lynn Ellis, and

Ray Staling Smith III with the offense of solicitation of violation of oath by public

officer, OCGA, section 16-4-7 and 16-10-1.
