Hey everybody Rob Bower here and today we have the good fortune to be joined by the

founder and CEO of Arcomoto, Mark Rondmeyer.

So we're going to take a bit of a break from our normal Tesla coverage today though I'm sure at some

point we'll talk a little bit about how things are related to Tesla, but

thanks for joining us Mark really excited to learn a little

bit more about what Archimodo's got going on.

Awesome Rob, hey thanks great to be on the program.

Yeah I'm awesome to have you.

So not all my, not all of my audience is going to be familiar with Archimodo.

Can you just give us a little bit of background on sort of the state of the company

and how you guys sort of got started?

Yeah, sure thing.

So actually I started Arcimodo in 2007. So we've been at this for now a little more than 13 years.

And what I actually originally went looking for a vehicle to buy.

So I was, once upon a time I was a computer game

entrepreneur, sold a company in early 2007,

and I went looking for an electric vehicle.

And my needs were actually pretty simple. I wanted something that would get

me around town, do daily errands, you know, keep me somewhat protected from elements and be a high quality product that didn't cost very much.

I didn't want a full-sized car because there is a huge disconnect between the cars that we drive and what we actually use them for.

You know, cars are amazing constructs that can carry five to seven people hundreds of miles

and we use them almost all the time by ourselves or with just one other person
