Guys, I think I said the the other day that if Roy Moore

He sent a candidate in

Alabama one it would be a dark day for the Republic Roy Moore is lost therefore it's a not dark day for the Republic

This is to say nothing about the

quality virtues or lack thereof of the victor in

Alabama Doug Jones

Because Doug Jones doesn't matter here the election wasn't about Doug Jones. It was about Roy Moore

It was about Donald Trump. It was about the condition of the Republican Party and the Democratic Party

And there was a lot to glean from the results

Last night I wouldn't call it a commanding victory for Jones, but it was not a squeak it was not a razor-thin squeaker he won by a point and a half

um

Almost reaching 50% enormous right in vote relatively speaking to and half percent in a right in vote

Had none of those people shown up to write him in

Jones would have been over 50% and would be you know actually in better shape. So

uh

The idea that the sitting Senator Richard Chelby the Republican who said he was going to write somebody else and and other people should do that as well

seem to have had
