It's great to have you.

You know, there's so much involved in blockchain and tokenization of assets, but I haven't seen anybody deal with luxury assets.

Real estate, very common, mortgages, and a variety of others,

but there's such a huge opportunity in the luxury asset space.

And you guys are, as far as I know,

the biggest and the best at utilizing tokenization

for luxury assets with Vault. What are some of the capabilities that blockchain gives

to luxury asset marketplace? Yeah. So great question. So what does it give?

Volta specifically, right? We give and allow the entire asset tokenization allows items to be placed onto the blockchain itself.

The advantage of actually doing that that people don't really realize is the fact that one, it allows access to everyone.

It kind of really decentralizes the market. It's's great real estate is still available for everyone. But for a market like

luxury acid, diamond, stuff like that, that's a little more hidden. And so by actually

putting out of the market, it decentralizes it by a lot. Being that, you know, a lot of these

higher-end luxury assets actually aren't available for the general

public because it's so expensive, the high entry barrier by putting it on a tokenization

platform, we're actually opening it up.
