situation and the fallout from friday's big niners trade up the draft board and now the status of one. Jimmy Garoppel, a lot of posturing, I feel, over the weekend on both sides of the equation. Where do you think we stand today, Mass? I don't think it's terribly different than where we were on Friday. I think both sides are digging in. But if you're asking me at the end of the day, I think Jimmy G's played his last game for the Niners. That's what I think. I think the Niners are going to cut bait with him, probably right before the draft or on the night of the draft, because I just don't see them keeping them. I think they've been trying to get away from him now for a couple of years. And I don't think it's, the other thing is, I don't think he wants to be there if they're going to draft the guy number three and I think he's going to have a say in that so I think it's over for him in San Francisco and I do I want him to come here? I think you already know the answer to that my only concern is that the Patriots are going to overplay their hand and someone else is going to swoop it and grab him. That does feel informed. I can't see how that relationship's not fractured. I mean, it's pretty obvious. They are going up there to draft a new quarterback for the future. And why would he agree to, you know, stay there and have the Alex Smith rule and have Patrick Mahomes be the understudy when they drafted him? If I'm Garoppola, I'm like, wait a minute, no, you treated me like I was the guy,

you gave me all that money, you traded for me in the first place, and now you did this. So I would want out. And I think what's going on in terms of some of the weekend reporting, and we'll get to it, it's just, it is. It's posturing on behalf of the Niners. and at least it better be because he's not untouchable.
