But yeah, before we kind of dive into the future of hop-ups, and how the boosted loader works and how it impacts

Apex, I think it's important that we discuss some of the history of the

hop-ups because they've gone through a lot since Apex first began and they've been something

that Henry and I have always been interested in.

What's the purpose? Why are they in the game? Why give it them each a rarity of what they are?

There's a lot of questions we've always had. Let's talk through the history and kind of walk us through it.

So in season zero, we had four hop-ups just introduced into the vanilla Apex Legends.
