So two of my three predictions have already come true. Yes, there will be a

trial in the Senate of former President Trump. Unconstitutional as it is I

predicted the Senate would vote that way.

I also predicted that the Chief Justice would not preside

nor with the Vice President.

Two out of three, we'll wait to see if the third prediction

and acquittal largely on the ground of lack of jurisdiction will also

become reality. That's the past. Now we're going to talk about the future. I have a
