How will history judge the Biden administration?

I guess it depends on which issue you want to focus on.

But if you take climate change, for example, there is little doubt that the current

White House exerted significant political capital to promote a bold climate agenda.

Now, climate activists can and will criticize the administration's record oil and gas production,

and they can also say that the United States hasn't done enough to help the least develop
