So that last clip you heard was from today's guest, Chris Calabucas, who is a futurist,

Silicon Valley guy, quite experienced, quite knowledgeable, and has really tapped into what's going on with AI.

So this is a really fun and great conversation. I really enjoyed meeting Chris talking to him.

So I think it's pretty self-explanatory. Here goes. I'm really, really looking forward to this.

You know, I kind of thought I knew you a little bit and then I dug some some more in as you were preparing for this. And, man, we really got to talk about beyond stoicism. How do you say it? Atteraxia. Is that what you say? Adderaxia. That's right. Attaxia. Well, you agree. You know how to do all this. You know how to say all this stuff. I'm familiar with it. I tried. I tried and I blew it. I blew it. Yeah. You know Gad Sad? You ever watch Gad Sad or listen to Gad Sad? On, so he's a, he's a clinical psychologist. I think he's like a psychologist professor at, in McGill in Canada in Montreal.

And I was listening to his audio book.

And he just talked about all of a sudden he started talking about autotoxia.

And I'm like, wait a minute.

Is this like a leading edge thing that I've like sort of latched on to or what?

I mean, what's going on here?

But anyway, very, very cool because I think it has some, I think it has some tie-ins to AI that, and I don't know because I haven't read the book yet. I just discovered it today.

I'm going to get it. I'm going to read it.
